Position Overview:

We are looking for an Industrial Designer with a keen eye for turning prototypes into market-ready consumer goods for both B2C and B2B markets. This role is ideal for someone who not only excels in design but also has a fundamental understanding of supply chain processes to ensure our designs are practical and manufacturable.

Description

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of products from prototype to market-ready stage, ensuring they meet consumer needs and manufacturing requirements.
Collaborate closely with engineering and supply chain teams to integrate design specifications and supply chain considerations into product development.
Utilize design skills to create products that are both aesthetically appealing and functionally practical.
Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and refine product designs.
Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards and sustainability commitments.

Qualifications:

Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in product development from prototype to consumer-ready products.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain requirements.
Proficient in design software such as solidworks.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
